You have a project in the Netherlands and need a contractor to carry out the works. Aker Projects can deliver complete execution or a specialist fit-out package within your existing project team.

Choose the delivery scope

General contracting: preparation and coordination of the agreed building works, installations and fit-out through to handover.

Specialist fit-out: a defined package of walls, ceilings, carpentry or finishing within a larger construction project.

Our portfolio includes complete store renovations for Trek Bicycle and specialist works within projects for Moncler, Van Cleef & Arpels and Eurostars. Each case sets out Aker Projects’ actual scope and role.

Work with your existing team

We work alongside your architect or project manager. The available drawings and technical information help us assess what is needed on site and how it fits your programme. We agree the execution responsibilities before work starts. Responsibility for design development and engineering is set out explicitly. The same applies to approvals.

Tell us where the project is and which work you need Aker Projects to deliver. Include your proposed programme and any available drawings. Specifications or a bill of quantities help us assess the package. If your plans are still developing we can discuss the decisions that remain open.
