Construction and fit-out for hospitality projects

A hotel needs a considered finish and construction that suits the way the building is used. Aker Projects carries out renovation and fit-out for hospitality projects.

Finishes that shape the space

At Eurostars Rotterdam we installed perforated wooden ceilings and carried out carpentry and further wall and ceiling finishing. Our photographs show how these elements come together.

Renovation within an existing hotel

Our work at A&O Hotel ranged from removing old ceilings to new structures and fire-rated doors. Building services work was also part of the assignment.

Working with the hotel environment

We discuss which areas are available and how the work will be phased. If a site remains in use we coordinate access and sequencing with the parties involved.

Building services within the complete refurbishment

For complete hospitality refurbishments, Aker Projects also delivers electrical work, plumbing and ventilation. Depending on the agreed scope, we include replacement of the electrical distribution board, underfloor heating or air conditioning. These works are coordinated with the building work and interior finishes.
