Retail construction and fit-out

Store projects depend on coordination between the programme, technical installations and finishes. Aker Projects delivers complete store renovations and defined retail fit-out packages in the Netherlands.

For Trek Bicycle in Ede and Amersfoort we prepared and coordinated the works from installations through to fit-out. Each store had an eight-week execution programme with a fixed opening date.

Our fit-out package for Rolife Rotterdam covered plasterboard walls and a suspended ceiling. We also carried out painting and PVC flooring works. The planned fit-out period was three weeks.
