From retail design to construction
As main contractor we organise complete delivery. If you already have a construction team we deliver the fit-out package. In either role our work is coordinated with building services and the store interior.
Fit-out for your store
From plasterboard walls and bespoke coves to ceilings and flooring. We work from the retail design and consider site access and material deliveries during preparation.
Planning towards opening
For Trek Bicycle we completed two store refurbishments in eight weeks per store. The Rolife Rotterdam fit-out was planned over three weeks. We assess your location and scope before agreeing the construction schedule.
Technical installations included
For complete store refurbishments, Aker Projects also delivers electrical work, plumbing and ventilation alongside the building work and finishes. We adapt lighting, power outlets and any air conditioning to the store layout, replacing the electrical distribution board where required. You have one point of contact for the complete delivery.
