Your architect’s or project team’s plans are our starting point. We establish what information is available and which technical details still need development. Before work starts we agree who is responsible for design and engineering and which works Aker Projects will deliver.

The scope can include building works, technical installations, walls, ceilings, floors and finishes. Preparation, scheduling, coordination and final checks connect these disciplines into one delivery programme.

Proven through project work

The Trek Bicycle renovations in Ede and Amersfoort included installations, fit-out, preparation and coordination. Each store had an eight-week execution period and a fixed opening date.
